Refund policy

For eligible items, we have a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging if applicable, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that due to the nature of our products, many are considered FINAL SALE unless the wrong product shipped. 

To request a return, log into your account at accounts.gathernstitch.com and submit the request. Customers are responsible for return shipping, with the exception of products shipped in error.  

When your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that all vintage and used items are documented as such in the product description and are sold "as is" with a price that reflects any flaws. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that due to the nature of our products, many are considered FINAL SALE unless the wrong product shipped. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on vintage or used items, patterns, kits, custom cut fabric. or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return with the status of your refund. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
